How to Make a reservation

1. Have your group select a couple of dates and times.
   
   
2. Call us for the availability of trips and make your reservation at 1-800-451-RAFT (7238).   We will need the date, time, size of group, and your name, address and phone number. 
   
   
3. Establish a deadline so you can collect the required deposit from each member of your group. (Children must be 12 years or older to raft the Ocoee).  
   
   
4. Deposits are due when reservations are made unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.  It is our suggestion that you not "front" the deposit for your group.
   
   
   • For Saturdays we require a $15 deposit per person on middle Ocoee trips and a $30 deposit per person on full river Ocoee trips.  The deposit is due when the reservation is made. The final payment must be received at least two weeks prior to the trip date.
     
     
   • Sunday & Weekdays we require a $15 deposit per person on middle Ocoee trips and a $30 deposit per person on full river Ocoee trips.  The deposit is due the day reservation is made. The final payment is due the day of the trip, or for your convenience, payments can be made two weeks prior to the trip.
     
     
5. Call us to confirm the size of your group, and mail your deposit. (You can put your deposit on a credit card if you wish). In case of cancellations, call our office as soon as possible to change your reservation.
   
   
6. Plan to arrive 30 minutes before the trip time, and come prepared to have a great time!
   
   

Cancellation Policy

To receive a full refund or to reschedule, changes must be made to the scheduled trip no later than 14 days before your trip date.

Trips cancelled within 7 to 14 days prior are subject to a cancellation fee of $15.00 per person.

There is no refund for trips cancelled with in 7 days of the trip including refunds on the day of the trip.

You will be responsible for payment for the group size you verify with us at the time of your confirmation call.
